Abaco House is a four bedroom comfortable, fully self contained family home all on one level and located close to the beach, adventure playground, penguin colony featured in the movie Oddball, golf course, lawn tennis courts and two kilometers from the town center.
There is one bedroom with a queen bed, another with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds. The bathroom contains a sunken bath, separate shower recess and the toilet. There is no en-suite. The laundry has a front loading washing machine. The house is heated in the kitchen by a wall furnace and in the lounge room there a gas heater and a split system.
For the kids there is an Xbox, toys, DVDs and books. Cooking is all gas and there is also a gas barbecue. There is a large enclosed backyard and the large, single garage is attached to the house with extra parking in the driveway.
All linen is included (doona with cover, bottom sheet, towels, face washers, bath mat), with an electric blanket available for each bed. tea, coffee, sugar and milk are supplied.
